At Ishi Dhaakshi (Aphrodite by Nags) we take great care in ensuring the quality and accuracy of each order. Please read our updated policy below before placing your order.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed. Kindly review your cart and sizing chart carefully before confirming your purchase.
Returns
We do not accept any return requests. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be considered only under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the product received is different from what was ordered.
- Wrong Size Delivered: Only if the size received differs from what was ordered.
(Please note: Sizing issues due to customer misunderstanding of the provided size chart will not be eligible for exchange.)
📦 To be eligible for an exchange:
- An unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the issue.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Once your exchange is approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of delivery.
❌ Exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Customer misinterpretation of sizing
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
